From April 27 to 29, the 16th China International Battery Fair (CIBF2024) was held in Chongqing International Expo Center.

SUPER+ X-Ray areal density gauge
It is the debut of the SUPER+ X-Ray areal density gauge. It is equipped with the first solid-state semiconductor ray detector for electrode measurement in the industry. With the ultra-high scanning speed of 80m/min, it can automatic switch the spot size, taking into account all areal density data requirements of the production line. It can control the edge thinning area to realize the electrode measurement.
It is reported that many leading battery manufacturers have used Super+ X-Ray areal density gauge in their plant. According to their feedback, it helps the enterprises to significantly reduce operating costs, greatly improve the yield, and further reduce energy consumption.
In addition to the SUPER+ X-Ray areal density gauge, Dacheng Precision also introduced the SUPER series of new products such as SUPER CDM thickness & areal density measurement gauge and SUPER laser thickness gauge.
